Your Choice! Really?

In an outline that speaks to the restoration of the church there is this remark: "WHAT WILL BE THE POLITY OF THE FUTURE CHURCH? It is likely that, of the various sorts of ecclesiastical machinery, each of the several religious bodies will freely choose that which it likes best" (Biblical Illustrator, Isaiah 2). This is why denominations exist.

Should it not be God's choice, since Jesus said it is His church?
